PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We, the company of ARMYSHOP.CZ s.r.o. having the registered office at Národní obrany 718/22, 16000 Praha 6 - Bubeneč, Company Number: 25919229, incorporated in the Companies Register kept with the Municipal Court in Prague under File Number C 129326 (hereinafter referred to as "ARMYSHOP.CZ" or "We") respect your right to privacy and protection of your privacy is important to us.

Personal Data Processing:

As administrators, we process your personal data (i.e. your name, your declaration of legal age, E-mail address, telephone number, invoicing data, data on performance and its value with a view to giving you a customer's discount) for the purposes of our performance according to the agreement made and in order to protect our legal claims. The legal title for the said processing is its necessity for performance of the given agreement or contract or, as the case may be, its necessity for protecting our legitimate interest. We store the aforesaid personal data for the duration of our mutual contractual relation and for the period of 10 years afterwards. In case you do not want to provide us with those data, we will not be able to provide you with the service(s) required. 

Your personal data are never sold, shared with or disclosed to anybody unless this duty is imposed to us by legal regulations or unless the entity is our subcontractor. Our subcontractors, if any, process your personal data exclusively according to our instructions and they are not authorized to use your personal data for their own purposes.

Your Rights Relating to Processing Your Personal Data

In respect of processing your personal data, you have the following rights:

Right to Access - you are entitled to know whether we process your personal data and to have access to such personal data.

Right to Amendment - you are entitled to require us to make an immediate amendment(s) to incorrect or incomplete personal data.

Right to Deletion - you are entitled to require us, in certain cases, to delete your personal data.

Right to Objection - you are entitled to raise an objection against processing your personal data by our company on the basis of our legitimate interest. If you raise such an objection, we immediately stop processing your personal data unless we have substantial and legitimate reasons for not doing so.

Right to Limited Processing - in some cases, you may require us to stop processing particular personal data for a certain period of time.

In addition to the aforementioned rights, you are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervising authority which is the Office for Personal Data Protection having its seat at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, in case you think that your personal data are processed unlawfully.

You can assert your rights at any time through the E-mail address gdpr@armyshop.cz . We will dispose your request without unreasonable delay not later than one month of its receipt. This period of time can, in exceptional cases, be extended. In such a case, we will inform you accordingly.
